PQ2 endeavours, but does not guarantee to despatch orders within 5 working days [Monday to Friday] of receipt: - If accounts are clear of outstanding payments / we are in receipt of pro-forma payments in advance.

We use a standard 48-hour service for delivery.

We do not accept responsibility of late delivery by our courier service. This is a third party organisation and we cannot dictate circumstances outside our control.

PQ2 are not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or administrative time for late delivery.

PQ2 reserves the right to suspend any orders if payment for prior orders are not settled within terms. Overdue accounts may additionally incur an administration charge and/or interest, calculated daily at a rate 8% above the Bank oif England base rate. Consistent late payment may lead to a complete suspension of the client account and a withdrawal of all credit facilities.

All goods remain the property of PQ2 until they are paid for in full.
