PQ2 Limited (PQ2) reserves the right to change these terms without notification and to provide a new time-stamped version on our website. New terms will take effect from the day of going on-line.

We do not accept orders and payments  from members of the public or those outside the trade, or from outside the British Isles & Ireland. If prepayment is received from you via NOCHEX, we will refund you  BUT you will be liable for a small handling percentage [not our handling fee, but by NOCHEX. This is outside of our control.

PQ2 delivery and schedules
PQ2 endevours, but does not guarantee, to despatch orders within 3 working days [Monday to Friday] of receipt if:
- accounts are clear of outstanding payments or,
- we are in receipt of proforma payments in advance
We use a standard 48-hour courier service for delivery. We do not accept responsibility for late delivery by our courier service. This is a third-party organisation for which we cannot dictate circumstances that are outside of our control.
PQ2 is not be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or administrative time due to any late delivery.

Payments and costs
Customers who already enjoy a pre-arranged discount arrangement cannot claim a further discount under the “discount for immediate payment” offer.
- Orders under £50 incur a £4 surcharge
- Orders under £150 incur a delvery charge of £6 for the UK and £20 to the Republic of Ireland
- Orders over £150 are carriage paid
- Payment terms on account are strictly 30 days
PQ2 reserves the right to suspend any orders if payment for prior orders are not settled within terms.
Overdue accounts may additionally incur an administration charge and/or interest, calculated daily at a rate 8% above the Bank oif England base rate. Consistant late payment may lead to a complete suspension of the client account and a withdrawal of all credit facilities.
All goods remain the property of PQ2 until they are paid for in full. Any damage or errors on orders must be reported within 4 days of order receipt.
VAT is payable on all goods and services where applicable.

Stock
Colours and the appearance of images may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen or in the catalogue.
Print sizes and colours can also vary slightly with each production run. If you need to know the precise dimensions of a product in advance, please contact us on info @ pq2uk .com
Images and designs used on the PQ2 website are the property of PQ2 Limited and/or their respective copyright owners. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner whatsoever without our, or the copyright owners’, permission.
PQ2 are happy to support customers’ on-line stores but please let us know if you wish to use the images.
Price and availability of stock are subject to change without notice.

No information will ever be sold on to a third party. We may use your email address to inform you of new updates on our ranges.
